Our popular Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamps blend traditional martial arts, boxing and aerobic exercise to get your body into the best shape it’s ever been. Punch, kick, elbow and knee your way to a slimmer, fitter body. Anyone, at any level can enroll to our UrbanCardio or UrbanFit Kickboxing Bootcamp classes.
The class starts with a 10 minuted warm-up with small running bursts, push-ups, lunges and body-squats. This is followed by 30 minutes of high-intensity cardiovascular kickboxing movements. Using kicks, knee strikes, elbow jabs and punches along with equipment like bags, kicking shields and focus mitts you will sweat away the unwanted extra pounds fast. After a killer cardio session you will get a chance to fine tune technique with 5-10 minutes spent working the basics like stance, punching, slipping, blocking, kicking and breathing. A final 5 minutes will be spent cooling down with stretching.
Who is this for?
It doesn’t matter what condition you’re in so long as you put in 100% of effort. No two people are the same so never be discouraged by someone else’s skill level. Work at your own level and notice that with commitment you will get better every class. Our instructors are very friendly and patient and although the class will be very intense they will never push you beyond your limitations.

We offer cardio kickboxing bootcamp classes 7 days a week at both locations, so it’s a great all-around body blast after work and at weekend!
