Class Pass Expiry Date Extension Policy

If your current 10/20 class pass is expired with unused classes, we offer expiry date extension options without any additional chargeYou only need to purchase a new pass at our ONLINE STORE.

  1. Purchase a 10/20 Class Pass, we will extend your current (expired) pass for another 3/6 months.
  2. Purchase a 1 Month Unlimited Passwe will extend your current (expired) pass for 1 month.
  3. Purchase a 1 Year Unlimited Pass or Contract – Monthly Auto Pay or Prepay, we will extend your current (expired) pass for another 12 months.

Your new pass will still be activated from the first use. You will never lose a class at Urban Fitness Club!

Steps

  1. Make a purchase at our ONLINE STORE using your Visa/Master card. Cash purchase available in studios.
  2. Email info@urbanfitnessclub.com after purchase and mention that you made a new purchase and want to extend your current/expired pass
  3. Our staff will verify your purchase and make the adjustment to your account. We will Email you back to confirm the extension.

Notes

  • No refund or credit for any expired pass unless a new pass is purchased.  Class pass cannot be transferred or shared
  • Monthly Unlimited Pass cannot be extended
  • Only apply to regular priced passes.
